No design can be modified or changed, except for adding "tattoos" to the abayas if appropriate.
If you require a size different from that shown on the website, you can write the sizes in the notes box.
Abayas and clothing are made to order. Abayas and clothing are not available for immediate delivery unless advertised on the website. Please note that custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned if the specifications match the product and order, and there is no error on our part. Please note that colors may vary from lighting to lighting and from one device to another. This does not mean the product does not match the product specifications and image.
If you would like to confirm the color is suitable for you before ordering, please contact us and request that we photograph the fabric in multiple lighting conditions and video. We are not responsible for any changes to the color of the item after receiving the order.
Repair and modification service is not available for products that do not meet product specifications.
After receiving or using the order, we are not responsible for it.
